These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of RocketBI, a one-stop data intelligent platform, provided by Datainsider LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using RocketBI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use RocketBI.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RocketBI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Datainsider LTD.

2. User Eligibility
RocketBI is intended for use by business users. By using RocketBI, you affirm that you are a business user or an authorized representative of a business entity.

3. Use of RocketBI
You agree to use RocketBI solely for its intended purpose, including but not limited to connecting multiple business data sources, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and exploring and analyzing insights in your data warehouse.

4. Account Registration
To access certain features of RocketBI, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. Data Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

6. Privacy
Your use of RocketBI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using RocketBI, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property
RocketBI and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Datainsider LTD and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on RocketBI without our prior written consent.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RocketBI at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Datainsider LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will be available on RocketBI, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam without regard to its conflict of law principles.
